Safety first. Time second

My neef het laasmaand 21 geraak en ek wou vir hom iets bietjie meer uniek gee as ‘n goue sleutel met ‘n groot 21 daarop. (Waarvoor gebruik ‘n mens daai inelkgeval? Paperweight?)

My cousin turned 21 last month and I wanted to give him something that was a little more unique than those typical gold keys with the big 21 on it, which no one knows what to do with anyways.

He is currently studying to become a quantity surveyor and will be specialising in construction, so I thought a hardhat clock would look quite cool in his office one day.

And as long as it is kept away from Indian headgear and police uniforms, there is nothing Village People-ish about it :)
