Ek dink beslis so!

(Dankie nig).

Vir my eerste projek in 'n lang tyd, is ek baie gelukkig met hoe dit lyk!

The other day my cousin and I discussed the fact that we don't have any family photos in our flat. These days  photos stay on our phones and computers, as well as on Facebook where "friends" can like and share as they please.

But is it really enough? Doesn't some photos deserve to be placed on a wall in your home rather than someone's virtual Facebook wall? I definitely think so!

That's why my day was spent constructing a new photo frame that I want to use for a family photo. I don't know when we will be able to get the whole family together for a photo, but that's something to worry about later. For now, I've just cut something out of a magazine to show you how the picture would look on the frame.

The base is made of glass tubes that I glued to the front glass with my "birthday glue gun". It's the first time I've used it, except for the other day when I tried fixing our kitchen cabinet, and I must say it's really an awesome tool. (Thanks cousin)

For my first project in a while, I must say that I'm really happy with how it turned out!
